Recently, the Henan Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance of Henan Province, Henan Province Local Taxation Bureau, Zhengzhou Customs jointly issued the four units of Enterprise Technology Center in Henan Province was officially in my company. I thank the Government of the strong support of the provincial technical center, which for the enhanced activity of my company has a major role in promoting science and technology. 
       As a provincial enterprise technology center, we bear the pipeline industry to lead and follow the direction of technology development, research and development more important task of higher technology to serve the community. We will further accelerate the establishment of business-oriented, market-oriented, a combination of research and technological innovation system, strengthening technical construction investment, improve the organizational system of technological innovation and operational mechanism, enhance the capability of independent innovation.
